BRONZE PRODUCTS

BRONZclay™ was launched in July 2008 and PastelPrint is the first UK company to offer the option of having your special pieces made up in Bronze. 

BRONZclay™ consists of 11% tin, 89% copper, water and non-toxic binding materials. The binding materials vaporize completely during the kiln-firing process, leaving a solid bronze piece with a density 90% that of cast bronze.  

All fittings and findings supplied will either be bronze plated, brass or brass/gilt.  Brass is the best alternative to bronze, being a copper/zinc alloy and is more readily available as jewellery fittings than pure bronze.
