 Please submit your order for silver fingerprint items on the form below.  I will respond by email and then contact you by phone to arrange payment.  Once payment is received, I will send you an impression kit in the post.

PAYMENT:  Debit/credit cards, cash or cheques in advance

I now accept Debit/Credit card payments by phone or in person - if you place your order by email, I will contact you by phone for your credit/debit card details. 

I can still accept PayPal, but if you wish to use this option, your order will now be subject to an additional 5% to cover admin and commission charges.

The cost of the mail order kit includes:
- Dispatch of the impression kit within 2 working days of receiving your order & payment
- Prepaid return of the fingerprint impressions, so that work can commence on items ordered

- Royal Mail Special Delivery of the completed items to you - all beautifully packaged.

If you do not live locally (Twickenham, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames) and wish to purchase fingerprinted items, I can now offer a complete mail order kit, which will allow you to take an impression of your child’s finger in the comfort of your own home.  This will require no more than 5 minutes of your time and can even be taken when your child is sleeping. 

I like to have personal contact with my customers, which is why I currently don't use a "shopping basket" on my website.  Please feel free to email me with any questions or requests regarding your order.  If you are not sure about what you want, I am happy to make suggestions and if you have something in mind that you may not see on my product list, let me know and I can see what can be done to meet your requirements.

Process
- Select your items and send me an email or fill in the mail order form. 
- I will then send you a proforma invoice and contact you by phone to arrange payment. 
- Once payment is received (or cheques cleared), the mail order kit will be dispatched. 
- Upon receipt, follow the simple instructions on the enclosed leaflet in the kit. 
- Return the fingerprint impressions in the pre-paid envelope with confirmation
  of any personalisation.  
- When the impressions have been received, work on your item(s) will commence and
  when completed, it will be packaged and sent to you by Special Delivery.

- Delivery should be within 7-14 days from receipt of impression - if you require it sooner, let me know and I will see what I can do for you, depending on current workload. During busier periods eg. Christmas, Father' Day, Mother's Day etc. delivery can be up to 3 weeks and there will be a cut-off date for orders.

Your fingerprint impressions will be kept safely for up to 1 year, so that you can reuse them for future or multiple orders.  If you require that I return your moulds, please note clearly on your proforma invoice.


**The impression kit contains enough moulding putty to make at least 2 fingerprints - the best print will be used to make your piece of jewellery.  If you have 2 or more children, please let me know and I will send additional moulding putty at no extra charge.  Please be assured that if I receive your print and it is not suitable for casting from, I will contact you to see if they can be redone.
