CHRISTMAS 2012 ORDERS
Order by 15th and send your prints back by 20th November.

Please note that depending on demand and capacity to fulfill all orders, we may shift the cutoff dates, so you are advised to order early and return the prints to us as soon as possible. If you wish to place a late Christmas order, you are advised to check with us if there is any possibility we can make it up in time for you.

In order to guarantee deliver of orders in time for Christmas, we have to have a cutoff date in mid-November. Therefore, all useable prints received in the studio by 20th November, will have the orders guaranteed for Christmas.

Orders placed after 15th November AND where you return prints by 30th November will have our second priority slots and we will do our utmost to complete your orders for you, but our first priority is with orders that met the Christmas deadline as above. We therefore don't guarantee Christmas delivery for these late orders, although we will do our best to complete these orders as well.

Orders placed in December, and whose prints are returned to the studio and received in December, will be set aside. If we have capacity to start these orders before Christmas, we will do so, but completion and dispatch is only likely after we re-open in January.

You are therefore urged to place your orders without delay to avoid disappointment and to return your impressions, prints and artwork asap. Remember - last in, last out!

For international orders, we recommend that orders are placed no later than end of October, so that we can get your packages out before Royal Mail Christmas cut-off mailing dates as set on their website.

For orders placed late - you can always order a Gift Voucher and Gift Packed Impression/Print kit, so that you have a gift to give on Christmas Day.
