CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES


Current delivery time is about 4-5 weeks from receipt of prints in studio.


Please note that we will be closed from 21st December till 9 January.  Any orders which are not completed before we close, will only be completed and mailed after we re-open. 

Please also note that we are CLOSED for Half Term (15-24 February 2013 inclusive) and this will affect turnaround times for orders placed close to this time. Please check before ordering if your item is required by a certain date.

Valentine's Day - 14 February 2013
Please place your orders as soon as possible!

Mother's Day - 10 March 2013
We will need to have your prints returned by no later than 24 February and all orders must be placed before 14 February so that kits can be mailed.  Please note we are closed between 15 and 24 February inclusive and no impression/print kits will be mailed during this time.

Father's Day - 16 June 2013
Please order early if you can - orders will close around 16 May!

All pieces are personally hand-made by myself, Allison, and I have a small team who help with the finishing and packaging when the workload increases at various times of the year - otherwise I do work alone most of the time. It does take time to produce your bespoke pieces, so thank you for your patience. 


GENERAL INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TIMES AND ITEMS PRODUCED
The items we produce are all handmade and finished and require time and care to ensure that you receive a beautiful and personalised product.  This unfortunately means that we have to state that the turnaround time is approximately 28 days from receipt of the prints in our studio.

However, this may not always be the case and we do strive to get our orders completed much faster than this and usually do.  The exception is certain items like hand/footprints and artwork, which do take longer and also during periods where we are exceptionally busy eg Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day etc. 

During busy times, we also have a cut-off date for orders.  Orders received by the cut-off date will be completed and mailed to you by the time of the relevant event it refers to. 

URGENT ORDER?
If you require your item urgently, please can you call or email us ahead of placing your order, so that we can advise whether we can meet your deadline. 

POSTAGE CHARGES
  • Our postage charge of £10 includes mailing out the appropriate print-taking kit, stamped return envelope so prints can be returned to us and Royal Mail Special Delivery for your completed order.
  • If you are a repeat customer or you are emailing hand/foot/artwork that you already have to us, then you may select Special Delivery option and pay only £7 postage. In this case, we will NOT mail you an inkless kit for taking hand or footprints as we will assume you already have them or that we have your previous order and prints on file.
  • If you are ordering personalised items only eg. Just initials, and NOT items with fingerprints, handprints, footprints, artwork on them, then you can choose to have your items sent Special Delivery £7 or Signed For £3.50 if the items are of low value.  Please note that Royal Mail does not insure jewellery mailed by Signed For services, so if you choose the Signed For option, we cannot be responsible if the package goes missing.
