CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES

Current delivery time is about 4 weeks from receipt of prints in studio.

MOTHER'S DAY ORDERS
Our next busy period will be the run-up to Mother's Day, which is on Sunday 18 March 2012. All orders and useable prints must be received in the studio no later than Friday 24th February 2012 in order to guarantee that we can complete and mail out items in time for Mother's Day.

If you have only just found our site and this deadline has passed, but you would like to order for Mother's Day, why not select one of the starter necklaces or bracelets and/or a gift voucher.

All pieces are personally hand-made by myself, Allison, and I have a small team who help with the finishing and packaging. It does take time to produce your bespoke pieces, so thank you for your patience.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TIMES AND ITEMS PRODUCED
The items we produce are all handmade and finished and require time and care to ensure that you receive a beautiful and personalised product. This unfortunately means that we have to state that the turnaround time is approximately 28 days from receipt of the prints in our studio.

However, this may not always be the case and we do strive to get our orders completed much faster than this and usually do. The exception is certain items like hand/footprints and artwork, which do take longer and also during periods where we are exceptionally busy eg Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day etc.

During busy times, we also have a cut-off date for orders. Orders received by the cut-off date will be completed and mailed to you by the time of the relevant event it refers to.

URGENT ORDER?
If you require your item urgently, please can you call or email us ahead of placing your order, so that we can advise whether we can meet your deadline.

POSTAGE CHARGES

Our postage charge of £8 includes mailing out the appropriate print-taking kit, stamped return envelope so prints can be returned to us and Royal Mail Special Delivery for your completed order.
If you are a repeat customer or you are emailing hand/foot/artwork that you already have to us, then you may select Special Delivery option and pay only £5.50 postage. In this case, we will NOT mail you an inkless kit for taking hand or footprints as we will assume you already have them or that we have your previous order and prints on file.
If you are ordering personalised items only eg. Just initials, and NOT items with fingerprints, handprints, footprints, artwork on them, then you can choose to have your items sent Special Delivery £5 or Signed For £2.50 if the items are of low value. Please note that Royal Mail does not insure jewellery mailed by Signed For services, so if you choose the Signed For option, we cannot be responsible if the package goes missing.
