Ordering Fingerprint, Handprint, Footprint Jewellery online.....

PastelPrint has been making bespoke and handcrafted pure silver fingerprint jewellery for 6 years.  During this time we have tried to offer our customers as much choice as possible and have extended our range of personalised pure silver jewellery to include handprints, footprints or your child's artwork. We can also transfer your ultra-sound baby scan onto silver keepsake pieces. These personalised silver pieces are intended to be treasured as keepsakes and heirlooms and can be given as gifts to all members of the family.  Indeed we don't just do children's prints, age is totally irrelevant and we use adult prints too.  We are innovative and keep up with fashion trends, giving you a product that is contemporary and unique, just as you are!

Ordering bespoke fingerprint jewellery, handprint, footprint, artwork or personalised pieces could not be easier!  Our mail-order kits are very easy to use and include full instructions.  The hard part is deciding what you want!

As you are purchasing such a special and personal item, we are very happy to receive calls and emails from you with any questions you may have before ordering.

The process for ordering your personalised jewellery is very simple. 

Once you have placed your order and paid - either through the website or by calling us -  we will mail you the appropriate kit in order for you to take the prints - a fingerprint impression kit for fingerprint jewellery or our inkless kit for hand or footprint jewellery.  The prints are really easy to take and when you have done this, return them in the pre-paid envelope.  Once we receive them at our studio, we will proceed with making up the items you have ordered.  We keep prints on file for a year or two, so if you wish to re-order, we can reuse them.  If you have your own prints eg. hand/footprints, you may email or mail us a photocopy of them and we can use them.

We are happy to mail our products to any country as long as the appropriate extra postage costs are paid.  Local taxes or duties payable upon receipt of goods in countries outside the EC are for the customer's own account.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Personalisation is detailed on the invoice you receive with the kit and returned with the prints, so don't worry too much about providing all the information when you place the order.

WE SHOULD POINT OUT THAT THE FINGERPRINT AND INKLESS KITS ARE VERY EASY TO USE, SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRY THEM FIRST, RATHER THAN COME AND SEE US, PLEASE DO ASK!

We welcome customers to visit us and look at samples of our fingerprint, handprint and footprint jewellery, but we do ask that you make an appointment first!  Just give us a call and we can put something in the diary.  Appointments are best for us Mon-Wed or Fri during school hours, and unfortunately due to family commitments, we try not to see customers on weekends. 

 

We would be delighted to come along to mum's tea/coffee mornings, baby showers, drop-ins/play groups etc. to take orders and the necessary prints.

If you are interested, please contact us to discuss arrangements and details of items which you and your friends are interested in, so that we know what to prepare and bring along. Minimum numbers of attendees at private sessions will depend on the distance we need to travel - we are based in Twickenham, Middlesex - and would generally not travel too far out of the area and normally these appointments would be weekday mornings.

The host of the private session will receive commission equivalent to 10% of the net sales at the party, redeemable against fingerprint jewellery or other products of their choice.
