We realise that this is going to be a difficult choice for you, so we have tried to list our products in categories so you can go straight to what you are looking for!  If you can't find what you are looking for or need ideas, don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help - we often make bespoke pieces, so if you have something in mind, do let us know. 

All our charms and pendants are handmade in pure silver.  They are polished and antiqued, to bring out the fine detail in the prints and highlight any personalisation you have chosen for the piece. Our fittings eg keyrings, cufflink backs and chains, are all sterling silver and we use only sterling silver findings as well.  We know that these products are all going to be very special to the recipients and we want to ensure that they are excellent quality and are durable.

THE PROCESS
Once you have placed your order, we will send you print-taking kits as required and you will have the opportunity of confirming exactly what it is you want attached to which necklace, bracelet, keyring or whatever it is you are ordering.  At this time you will also confirm your personalisation of each piece, so don't worry if you don't complete all the details when you order!  We promise, we will not make up your piece until we are 100% certain what you want!  It's all part of our unique and personal service!

When your prints are received back at our studio, we will proceed with making up your pieces and mailing the finished product to you.  We may take up to 28 days (or longer during busy periods), but most of the time we do manage to turn around orders quicker than this.  The hand/footprint jewellery items take a bit longer than fingerprint jewellery items, so do consider this when you are ordering.

IS YOUR ORDER URGENT?
We don't charge extra for priority or urgent orders.  If you would like an order made up by a certain date, contact us and we will be able to advise if we have the capacity to do this.  Especially times like pre-Christmas and Father's Day, we are exceptionally busy and we cannot always guarantee quick turnaround, but we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
